This plan is created to help clients who are unsure about available amounts per month. There is a minimal  amount of $25 per month needed for this membership. All monies will go towards the payoff of agreed needs. Any unpaid balance that remains will be forwarded to the responsible party agreed upon when creating contract. 
There must be at least one deposit every 60 days for the account to stay active. If no payment is made, then the account will be closed, and monies deposited into the client's account will be forfeited and non-refundable. 
Anyone related or not related to the client can make deposits into the account. 
The account is managed by the client and can be used to aid in a family member or friend in need of services who does not have an account with Rest Assured. The client can add to their contract items or services at anytime prior to passing. The client's family or friends can add to the contract items or services prior to client's passing with client's written approval. The client's family or friends can add to the contract items or services after the passing of the client, with payments made in full at time of request.
At no time will monies previously deposited into client's account be available for withdrawal as this is an agreed upon contracted account, not a savings account.
Once the client has paid balance in full then no additional payments will be necessary, and the items and services will be contractually upheld and delivered as per clients wishes after time of passing.
If the client passes prior to completion of payments, then the responsible party listed in contract or any family or friend must pay the remaining balance prior to any items or services will be offered or released.
